We spent three good days soaking in the beauty of the mountains, all while enjoying the cozy, well-kept accommodations that felt like a home away from home. The warm welcome from the staff made our stay even more special, as they genuinely cared about our comfort and provided hearty meals, including my favorite gluten-free options. The farm’s setting is paradise—imagine waking up to green fields and stunning mountain vistas. Every morning, we indulged in a delicious vegetarian breakfast, filled with local produce, which fueled us for a day of hiking. And speaking of adventures, the shared kitchen was perfect for those evenings when we wanted to prepare a light meal and unwind in our charming room after a day out exploring. If you're looking for a nice escape, especially with family or friends, I can't recommend Tourist Farm Šenkova Domačija enough. It captures the essence of Slovenia’s natural beauty while offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like coming home.
